TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Online Booking
- All online bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Bookings are recommended at least 24 hours before pick-up. If no confirmation is received within 12 hours, the vehicle will be considered not available. For enquiries, please WhatsApp admin at +6011-5429 2907.
Delivery and Collection Fee

Delivery and collection within 10 KM radius will be charged MYR15 per trip. Delivery and collection above 10 KM will incur charges of MYR1.50 / KM.

Additional charge of MYR15.00 per trip for delivery and collection before 08:00 and after 17:00.
Additional Driver
-
Additional drivers will be charged RM10 per person per day. All additional drivers must register upon pick-up of the vehicle and subject to these terms & conditions. We reserve the right to charge penalties from MYR500 if the Authorised Person hand over the vehicle to unauthorised driver.
Driver's Age And Licence Requirements

The drivers must be between 23 and 65 years old. Other nationals who hold a valid driving licence in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months. Probational license holders will not be accepted.
Minimum Usage
-
Minimum usage is one day (24 hours). Extension above 12 hours will be considered as a full-day rate.
Mileage Policy
-
Motorcycle 100 KM per day. Car 200 KM per day. Additional mileage will be charged (Group A) MYR0.50 per KM, (Group B) MYR1.00 per KM, (Group C) MYR2.00 per KM and (Group D) MYR3.00 per KM.

Mileage for Group A & B vehicles (car category) is provided under a fair usage unlimited mileage policy for usage of 3 days and above, subject to the agreed destination and a reasonable mileage cap. Any mileage exceeding the reasonable cap will be charged according to the excess kilometer rate.
Vehicle Collection – Authorised Person

Only the individual who made the booking and submitted a valid IC/Passport and driving licence (“Authorised Person”) is permitted to collect the vehicle. The vehicle will not be released to any other person without prior written authorisation from the Authorised Person and prior verification of the nominated person’s identification. If an unauthorised person attempts to collect the vehicle, we reserve the right to refuse handover and treat the booking as cancelled, and any applicable cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture may apply.

Please present the original Identification Card (IC)/Passport and driving licence for verification purposes during vehicle collection. You may also be required to provide a business card or any relevant document to verify your residential or working address. During vehicle collection, the Authorised Person is required to inspect the vehicle for any existing damage or missing parts. If any damage or missing items are identified, the Authorised Person must immediately notify our operations team or the delivery person in charge before taking possession of the vehicle. Any damage or missing parts not reported at that time shall be deemed to have occurred during the usage period and will be the responsibility of the Authorised Person.
Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) & Excess

All vehicles are fully insured with standard motor vehicle policy. However the Authorised Person is responsible for excess not exceeding MYR5,000 (Group A - B) and MYR10,000 (Group C - D) and not exceeding 15% vehicle value for (Group E).

The Authorised Person can reduce the excess to MYR500 (Group A - B), MYR1,000 (Group C - D) by purchasing optional CDW for MYR10.00 per day (Group A - B), MYR20.00 per day (Group C) and MYR40.00 per day (Group D).

All insurance and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) do not apply to any damage or loss arising from careless actions, negligence, illegal activities, or improper use of the vehicle. Insurance and CDW also do not cover tyre punctures, burst tyres, fuel errors, battery damage caused by failure to switch off electrical devices, or any loss or damage to vehicle accessories.

The Authorised Person is reminded that any damage to the underbody, windscreen, or overhead components of the vehicle shall be entirely at their own risk at all times. All insurance and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) shall be deemed void if the vehicle is driven on any unsealed, unpaved, or unmade roads or surfaces.

The Authorised Person is required to immediately contact our representatives in the event of any accident, damage, or theft involving the vehicle.

A police report must be lodged within twenty-four (24) hours of the accident or from the time the theft or loss is discovered. The police report must be obtained in writing and provided upon request.

If the Authorised Person does not purchase the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and is involved in an accident that is not caused by the Authorised Person’s negligence, the Authorised Person shall still be liable for an administrative fee not exceeding RM1,000 (Group A–B), RM2,000 (Group C), and RM4,000 (Group D).
Fuel

The vehicle must be returned with the fuel level at the same level as at the time of collection. A refuelling surcharge of up to RM300 may be imposed if the fuel level is lower upon return.
Security Deposit

Security deposit ranging from RM300 to RM3,000 per vehicle is required for daily and weekly usage. The security deposit will be refunded within 10–14 working days, subject to the vehicle being returned in good condition and no outstanding traffic summons or penalties being issued.

For monthly or yearly usage, the security deposit shall be a minimum of 1+1 months’ usage fee, depending on the vehicle model and category.
Penalties

We reserve the right to hold the Authorised Person financially liable for the full value of the vehicle if it is used in any criminal activity.

Garbage or dirt in the vehicle must be removed first when returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned in a dirty or smelly condition. A penalty of up to RM500 will be charged for special cleaning.

Pets and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle. Penalty MYR500 will be charged for cleaning.

All traffic or parking summons (if any) shall be the responsibility of the Authorised Person. A penalty of RM300 will be imposed if the Authorised Person fails to settle the summons within the specified time after notification has been issued.

The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose relevant personal information to enforcement authorities, legal representatives, appointed debt recovery agencies, and credit reporting agencies including CTOS, for the purpose of recovering any outstanding amount.

For long-term usage, the Authorised Person must contact the designated representative in charge when the vehicle is due for servicing. Failure to comply with the required maintenance schedule may result in the Authorised Person being liable for any resulting repair costs.
Speed Limit
-
The speed limit on highways in Malaysia is 110 KM/hr, while the speed limit on normal roads is 90 KM/hr. Please drive carefully and obey traffic rules.
Return / Extension / Early or Late Return

The Authorised Person must notify the operations team or designated representative in charge of any intention to return the vehicle earlier or later than the agreed return time, or to request an extension of the usage period, at least 12 hours in advance, and in any event no later than 6 hours before the scheduled return time (“Cut-Off Period”).

Failure to provide such notice within the Cut-Off Period may result in double charges at the prevailing rates.
Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time shall be eligible for a full refund. In the event a cancellation is made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the Service Provider reserves the right to deduct an amount equivalent to one (1) day’s usage from any refund due.

Last-Minute Cancellation : For cancellations made less than 72 hours after pick-up, we reserve the right to deduct one (1) day usage fee and any applicable charges. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Monthly Usage Cancellation : Autthorised Person who have committed to a monthly usage, any early termination or cancellation will be recalculated based on the published daily rate, and refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
Termination for Misuse The Vehicle

Should the Authorised Person engage in any conduct that constitutes a misuse of the vehicle, including but not limited to: unauthorized use, operation in violation of applicable laws or regulations, reckless or negligent driving, use for unlawful purposes, or failure to maintain the vehicle in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Service Provider shall have the unequivocal right to immediately terminate this Agreement without the requirement of prior notice.

Upon such termination, the Authorised Person is obligated to promptly return the vehicle to a location designated by the Service Provider. The Authorised Person shall remain fully and solely responsible for all associated costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from such misuse, including but not limited to damages to the vehicle, administrative penalties, fines, towing charges, and any loss of business suffered by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the unconditional right to forfeit any security deposits or advance payments made by the Authorised Person as partial compensation for such misuse. Furthermore, the Service Provider retains the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for additional damages, recovery costs, and injunctive relief, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies under this Agreement.
Disclaimer Clause

The Authorised Person acknowledges and agrees that the use of this vehicle is strictly subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. By proceeding with the usage, the Authorised Person confirms acceptance of all applicable provisions, including, but not limited to, liability, usage restrictions, and maintenance obligations. The Service Provider reserves the right to enforce these terms in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Personal data

We reserve the right to share your personal data with related agencies for debt recovery subject to the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
Chauffeur
-
Driver working hours 08:00 - 17:00. Overtime MYR25.00 per hour. Toll and parking charges are not included. Overnight surcharge RM100.00 per night.
Bus Rental
- Includes : driver, fuel, toll & insurance for passengger. Excludes : tour guide, MYR250 per day.
