TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Online Booking

  • For online booking, the confirmation subjected to vehicle avaibility. If you dont receive any confirmation within 6 hours, consider vehicle not available. Any enquiry please Whatsapp admin 601154292907.  

Delivery and Collection Fee

  • Delivery and collection within 10 KM radius will be charge MYR15 per trip. Delivery and collection above 10KM incur charges of MYR1.50 / KM. Delivery & collection fee will be quote manually.

  • Additional charge of MYR15.00 per trip for delivery and collection before 08:00 and after 17:00. 

Security Deposit

  • Security deposit RM300 - RM3,000 per vehicle and will be quote manually.

  • The security deposit will be refunded after 10-14 working days. (Subject to the vehicle is returned in good condition & no summon issued).

Additional Driver

  • Additional drivers will be charged RM10 per person per day. All additional drivers must register upon pick-up of the vehicle and subject to this terms & conditions. We reserve the right to charge penalties from MYR500 if the hirer hand over the vehicles to unauthorized driver.

Driver's Age And Licence Requirements

  • The drivers must be between 23 and 65 years old. Other nationals who hold a valid driving licence in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months. Probational license holders will not be accepted.

Minimum Rental

  • Minimun rental 1 day or 24 hours. Extension above 12 hours consider full day rate.

Mileage Policy

  • Group A - D : 200KM per day. Group E : 150KM per day.

  • Additional mileage will be charge (Group A) MYR0.50 per Kilometer, (Group B) MYR1.00 per Kilometer, (Group C) MYR2.00 per Kilometer & (Group D) MYR3.00 per Kilometer and (Group E) subject to daily rate / 150KM per day.

  • Unlimited Mileage for vehicles in Group A & B for rental 3 days and above. Group C, D & E vehicles are subject to the above policy.

Vehicle Collection

  • Only the person who made the booking and submitted their valid IC/passport and driving licence (“Authorised Hirer”) can collect the vehicle. We do not release vehicles to any other person unless we have received prior written approval from the Authorised Hirer and verified the nominated person’s ID in advance. If an unapproved person comes to collect the vehicle, we reserve the right to refuse handover and treat the booking as cancelled, with cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture applying.

  • Please bring a photocopy of your identity card/passport, driving licences, business card or any relevant document to verify your working/home address.

  • During vehicle collection, the hirer is required to check for any damage or missing part to the vehicles. If the hirer found any damage or missing part before collect the vehicle please inform our team immediately. Any damage or missing part that is not reported earlier will be considered under the hirer responsibility

Insurance & Excess

  • All vehicles are fully insured with standard motor vehicle policy. However the hirer is responsible for excess not exceeding MYR4,000 (Group A), MYR6,000 (Group B), MYR10,000 (Group C), MYR20,000 (Group D) and not exceeding 15% vehicle value for (Group E).

  • The hirer can reduce the excess to MYR2,000 (Group A), MYR3,000 (Group B), MYR5,000 (Group C) and MYR10,000 (Group D) by purchasing optional Excess Protection for MYR20.00 per day (Group A), MYR30.00 per day (Group B), MYR40.00 per day (Group C) and MYR50.00 per day (Group D).

  • All insurance and excess protection do not apply for damage or lost due to careless action, negligence, illegal or improper use of the vehicle. The insurance and excess protection also not cover for tyre punctures, burst tyres, fuel errors, battery damage because of forgotten turned off electrical devices and loss or damage to the vehicle accessories.

  • The accident or damage only applies for collision between two moving objects. Any damage while the vehicle is stationary will be under hirer’s full responsibility and subjected to the above excess and excess protection.

  • For damage which involves a third party, the hirer is required to get information from the third party driver which include the driver’s name, IC/Passport, driving licence and vehicle registration number. If the claim cannot be made against third party insurance, all damage will be under hirer’s responsibility and subjected to the above excess or excess protection.

  • The hirer is reminded that underbody, windscreen and overhead damage is at their own risk at all time. All insurance and excess protection is void if the vehicle is driven on unsealed and unmade road or surface.

  • The hirer is required to contact our representatives to inform us for any event of accidents or theft

  • A police report should be made within 24 hours after the accidents or from the time you’ve found out the theft or loss. The police report should be obtained in writing.

Accident Management & Administrative Recovery Fee

  • In the event of an accident or collision during the rental period — regardless of whether the Hirer is found to be at fault or not, the Company reserves the right to impose an Accident Management & Administrative Recovery Fee.. This fee covers the operational difficulties, administrative burden, and downtime costs associated with Coordinating accident reports and insurance claims, Communicating with relevant parties (workshop, insurance, police, etc.) & Temporary unavailability of the vehicle for rental. This charge is applicable per incident, separate from any other charges, fines, or deductible/excess amounts. The fee amount will be specified in the rental agreement or informed at the time of the incident. The standard Accident Management & Administrative Recovery Fee is RM1000 – RM5000 per incident, depending on vehicle group.

Fuel

  • Fuel must be returned at the same level when the vehicle is returned. Surcharge up to RM300 for refueling.

Penalties

  • We reserve the right to hold you financially liable for the full value of the vehicle if it is used in any criminal activity.

  • If the interior of the vehicle is especially muddy, dirty, stained or smelly, and our standard cleaning procedure will not fix it, you will be charged a (Specialist Cleaning Charge) of MYR500.

  • Pet and smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. Penalty MYR500 will be charged for the cleaning.

  • All traffic/parking summons (if any) will be under hirer responsibility. Penalty MYR300 will be charged if the customer failed to pay the summons within the time specified after we send notification.

  • For long term rental, the hirer is responsible to return the vehicle at our nearest branch if the vehicle is due for servicing. We reserve the right to charge penalty of MYR1.00 per KM after 500 KM exceeding the service limit.

Speed Limit

  • Speed limit for highway in Malaysia is 110 KM/hr, while normal road is 90 KM/hr. Please drive carefully and obey traffic rules.

Returning The Vehicle

  • The Hirer shall notify the Company of any intention to return the Vehicle earlier or later than the agreed return time, or to request an extension of the rental period, no less than twelve (12) hours in advance, and in any case, not later than six (6) hours prior to the scheduled return time (“Cut-Off Period”). Any failure to provide such notice within the Cut-Off Period may result in double charges at the Company’s prevailing rates.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time shall be eligible for a full refund. In the event a cancellation is made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the Company reserves the right to deduct an amount equivalent to one (1) day’s rental from any refund due.
     
  • Last-Minute Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 72 hours after pick-up, we reserve the right to deduct one (1) day rental fee and any applicable charges. The remaining balance will be refunded.
     
  • Monthly Rental Cancellation: For customers who have committed to a monthly rental, any early termination or cancellation will be recalculated based on the published daily rate, and refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

Termination for Misuse of Rental Vehicle

  • Should the Customer engage in any conduct that constitutes a misuse of the rental vehicle, including but not limited to: unauthorized use, operation in violation of applicable laws or regulations, reckless or negligent driving, use for unlawful purposes, or failure to maintain the vehicle in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Company shall have the unequivocal right to immediately terminate this Agreement without the requirement of prior notice.

  • Upon such termination, the Customer is obligated to promptly return the rental vehicle to a location designated by the Company. The Customer shall remain fully and solely responsible for all associated costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from such misuse, including but not limited to damages to the vehicle, administrative penalties, fines, towing charges, and any loss of business suffered by the Company.

  • The Company reserves the unconditional right to forfeit any security deposits or advance payments made by the Customer as partial compensation for such misuse. Furthermore, the Company retains the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for additional damages, recovery costs, and injunctive relief, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies under this Agreement.

Disclaimer Clause

  • The hirer acknowledges and agrees that the use of this vehicle is strictly subjected by the terms and conditions as outlined in our T&C. By proceeding with the rental, the hirer confirms acceptance of all applicable provisions, including, but not limited to, liability, usage restrictions, and maintenance obligations. The rental provider reserves the right to enforce these terms in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Personal data

  • We reserve the right to share your personal data with related agencies for debt recovery subjected to terms and conditions stated in the rental agreement.

Chauffeur

  • Driver working hours 08:00 - 17:00. Overtime MYR25.00 per hour. Fuel, toll & parking charge not included. Overnight surcharge RM100.00 per night.

Bus Rental

  • Includes : driver, fuel, toll & insurance for passengger. Excludes : tour guide, MYR250 per day.
